Nargis, once a leading name in Lollywood and stage performances, has undergone a remarkable transformation.The actress, known for her roles in hit films like ‘Majajan’ and ‘Choorian,’ stepped away from the limelight after marrying Majid Bashir and embracing a more spiritual path. Now a successful businesswoman running a salon in Lahore, Nargis enjoying a blissful life in Lahore with her family.
1. Sara Chaudhry

Sara Chaudhry joined showbiz in 2003 and quickly became one of TV’s most popular faces with dramas like Dil Diya Dehleez, Tere Pehlu Mein, and Uraan.
At the height of her fame, she left the industry in 2010 after marrying a Dubai-based businessman. Today, she observes hijab and openly talks about how fame never brought her inner peace. A close relative’s sudden death also pushed her towards faith.
2. Noor Bukhari

Noor Bukhari was a leading actress, host, model, and director who starred in more than 60 films. While her multiple marriages often made headlines, Noor eventually stepped away from showbiz in 2017.
She announced that Allah had guided her and said she would no longer act, model, or dance. Noor now lives a religious life with her husband Aun Chaudhry and their children.

After performing Umrah in 2023, she deleted her old pictures and started posting only religious content. In a recent interview, Zarnish revealed she left showbiz after seeing the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in a dream — a moment that changed her life.
6. Zainab Jamil

Zainab Jamil started her journey as a news anchor before acting in dramas such as Aap Ki Kaneez and Manchali.
In 2015, she announced she was quitting showbiz for religion, saying she proudly chose faith over fame. She later returned to headlines after reportedly surviving an attack planned by her husband.
7. Momal Khalid

Momal Khalid began acting in 2008 and appeared in dramas like Bechari Qudsia and Guriya Rani.
