AI Gets Playful-Robot Trains Salespeople to Handle Anger

-

AI is taking over! From office tasks to daily life, it’s everywhere – and now it’s even helping salespeople stay cool when dealing with angry customers.

A new, super-chill (or should we say, super-angry?) robot has been created to train customer service teams. This robot gets all worked up and teaches salespeople how to handle those rude, frustrated customers without losing their cool.

Created by a U.S. company, Robotics and Audio Earing, this robot uses AI to read emotions through voice. So, it can pick up on when someone’s in a bad mood and has been programmed to act out with anger and use bad language. Talk about real-life practice!
