“Squash Supremacy Pakistan’s win Over India, Secures Spot in Asian Semi-Finals”

Pakistan Defeats India to Reach Asian Team Squash Championship Semi-Finals. In a thrilling encounter at the Asian Team Squash Championship in Dalian, China, Pakistan triumphed over India with a 2-1 victory on Friday, securing their place in the semi-finals.

Asim Khan gave Pakistan an early lead by dominating Rahul Baitha with a flawless 3-0 victory. However, India’s Velavan Senthilkumar leveled the match by defeating Nasir Iqbal 3-0. Post-match, Pakistan’s coach Fahim Gul revealed that Iqbal was unwell with a fever, affecting his performance.

With the match tied, Noor Zaman delivered an outstanding performance, securing a 3-0 win over Suraj Kumar Chand, propelling Pakistan into the next round. Pakistan is set to face Hong Kong, who overcame Iran, in the semi-finals.

Coach Fahim Gul expressed his joy over the victory against India and conveyed optimism about Pakistan’s chances in the forthcoming matches.

Earlier in the tournament, Pakistan remained undefeated in Pool C, which included South Korea, Chinese Taipei, and China. They started strong with a 3-0 win over Taipei and a 2-1 victory against Korea on the first day. Pakistan then secured their pool-topping position by defeating China 3-0.
