In a major milestone, Rashid Naseem has achieved his 150th Guinness World Record, dedicating it to the Pakistan Army. With this feat, his Martial Arts Academy Pakistan has become the nation’s top record-holding martial arts academy.

Guinness World Records recently approved three new records, bringing Rashid Naseem Academy’s total to 150—making Rashid the most prolific individual world record holder not just in Pakistan, but worldwide.

Record-Breaking Family Legacy

Out of 150 records Rashid Naseem has himself set 126 individual records. Additionally, 18 of his students are Guinness World Record holders. His wife, son, daughter, and father have also brought international recognition to Pakistan by setting world records of their own.

New Records at a Glance

Blindfolded Elbow Smash: Smashed 48 cold drink cans with his elbows while blindfolded, beating the previous record of 45.

Egg-in-Hand Punches: Delivered 207 one-handed punches to a target while holding an egg in the same hand—without breaking it. The previous record stood at 200.

Headbutting Marble Tiles: Broke 44 marble tiles with his head, surpassing the earlier record of 40.

Guinness World Records has officially confirmed and issued certificates for all three new feats.

Global Recognition

Rashid Naseem has broken more than 40 records previously held by India, and surpassed benchmarks set in countries including England, China, Italy, Iran, Egypt, Germany, Serbia, and Switzerland.
