Anthem Interrupted Twice -Technical Glitch Baffles Team India in T20I Opener

-

India is set to face South Africa in a four-match T20I series.

However, the pre-match proceedings of the first T20I at Kingsmead, Durban, on Friday were marred by a technical glitch that interrupted the Indian national anthem twice before the game began.

The incident occurred as both teams lined up for the anthems. During its first rendition, the anthem abruptly stopped, with Indian players like Hardik Pandya, Suryakumar Yadav, and Tilak Varma continuing to sing on their own.

A few moments later, the anthem was cut off once again, leaving the players visibly confused, particularly Pandya and Yadav, who appeared baffled by the disruption.

A video capturing the incident quickly went viral across social media platforms.
