Shuja Asad just dropped an emotional farewell to Tan Man Neelo Neel, a drama that hit deep and sparked real conversations.
In his goodbye post, he got real about the drama’s message, hoping for a more just and compassionate society. He even admitted he was hesitant to take on the role at first because of its sensitive themes—but in the end, he fully embraced the story.
Showing love to his team, he gave a shoutout to director Saife Hasan and writer Mustafa Afridi for their bold storytelling, and of course, his co-star Sehar Khan for always having his back.
Shuja wrapped it up with a special mention to Sonu Danger, signing off with: “From the bottom of my heart, thank you. Sonu Danger.”
Tan Man Neelo Neel was part of an issue-based short series trilogy.
