KARACHI: The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast isolated light to moderate rains in parts of Karachi today, with partly cloudy and humid weather expected over the next 24 hours.
The temperature is likely to peak between 32°C and 34°C, with 81% humidity and light winds from the west.
Chief Meteorologist Sardar Sarfaraz mentioned that the intensity of monsoon winds has decreased, reducing the likelihood of rain within the city, though some areas on the outskirts, like Gadap Town and Superhighway, may still experience showers.
Heavy rains have been reported in other parts of Sindh, including Tharparkar and Mithi, where the downpour has benefited crops and filled water ponds.
