Passengers travelling to Spain & Turkey detained.

The FIA Immigration apprehended five individuals in a series of operations at Jinnah International Airport, Karachi.

Muhammad Hasan, a resident of Hyderabad, was arrested upon his arrival from Kuala Lumpur for possessing a counterfeit Chinese visa and falsified immigration stamps from Pakistan and Oman.

The IBM system did not validate the dates on the immigration stamps in Hasan’s Pakistani passport.

According to Hasan, an agent in Malaysia arranged the fake Chinese visa and stamps for Rs134,000.

In a separate operation, the visas of Abdullah, Amir Qarqbal, and Abdul Sufyan, who were bound for Turkey via a foreign airline, were found to be fraudulent.

In the third operation, Gulfam Ahmed from Gujranwala was detained while traveling to Indola from Spain. Both his Spanish transit visa and Indola visit visa were determined to be fake.
