After more than a decade of delays, disputes, and false starts, Interior Minister and PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi has instructed the Capital Development Authority (CDA) to begin construction immediately. This world-class stadium, located near D-12 at the scenic foot of the Margalla Hills, will be a game-changer for Islamabad.
