Details of Indian Losses in Operation Bunyān-e-Marsūs-Pakistan Hits India’s Strategic Heart

-

Lahore: In a highly coordinated multi-domain operation named Bunyān-e-Marsūs, Pakistan has reportedly inflicted severe damage on India’s key military, logistics, and digital infrastructure.

Express news reported that according to military sources, the operation targeted multiple critical sites:

  • 💥 BrahMos missile depot in Biyas was completely destroyed.
  • 💥 S-400 air defense system in Udhampur was neutralized.
  • 💥 Pathankot Airbase suffered major damage, with its runway rendered unusable and logistics HQ set ablaze.
  • 💥 Jalandhar Airbase saw significant hits on its core infrastructure.
  • 💥 Nikrotah Northern Command’s BrahMos launch site was destroyed, disrupting operational command.

Pakistani forces reportedly crippled the Akhnoor Brigade HQ and inflicted damage on Northern Command HQ, killing over 20 Indian soldiers during intense airstrikes.

Other strategic locations like Chandigarh weapons depot, Suratgarh, Sirsa, Jammu, Baramulla, Rajouri, and more were hit, targeting both command and logistics centers.

Air superiority and drone warfare played a critical role: Pakistani forces reportedly neutralized enemy air assets and destroyed over 90 Indian drones, conducting deep strikes into Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Haryana, and other sensitive zones.

Key strikes also occurred in border areas including Pathankot, Amritsar, Ferozepur, Fazilka, Jaisalmer, Bhuj, Pokhran, and Lakhi Nala. A missile near Delhi NCR in Haryana was intercepted.

Cyber warfare dominance was also demonstrated:

  • 10 SCADA networks disabled, paralyzing northern India’s energy grid by 70%, cutting electricity in urban and rural areas.
  • Indian Railways digital network destroyed, disrupting transport systems.
  • Key municipal systems like Delhi Gas and Kashmir Electric were also affected.
  • 507 critical devices wiped, 150+ sensitive databases stolen, 15 email servers hacked, and 13 government websites defaced or destroyed.

Among the targeted institutions were UIDAI (Aadhaar), Indian Air Force internal networks, Maharashtra Election Commission, PayTM, Mumbai International Airport, and over 2,500 surveillance systems. Corporate and political networks, including BJP Madhya Pradesh, MTNL, HAL, BEML, BSF, AINTSSA, CRIAI, plus 110+ corporate websites and 3 national media outlets, were also hit.

Operation “Bunyān-e-Marsūs” is being hailed as a modern multi-domain warfare model, combining land, air, and digital operations simultaneously to disrupt enemy infrastructure. Military analysts term it a major strategic success, with expected impacts on India’s internal stability and combat readiness for months to come.
