Pakistan’s youth volleyball team has secured a thrilling 3-1 victory over Indonesia at the 3rd Asian Youth Games 2025 in Bahrain, guaranteeing at least a silver medal and setting up a gold medal clash with Iran.
In an intense semi-final, Pakistan overcame Indonesia with set scores of 22–25, 25–12, 25–19, 26–24, showcasing skill, teamwork, and determination. After dropping the first set, the team bounced back to dominate the remaining three. Key performers included Muhammad Yahya, Muhammad Anas, Ajmal Junaid, and Muhammad Irfan.
Pakistan’s journey to the final included wins against Uzbekistan, Saudi Arabia, and China, demonstrating consistent performance throughout the tournament. The gold medal match against Iran is scheduled for 29 October 2025 at Isa Bin Rashid Sports City Hall, Bahrain.
