“6 Teams, 0 Fear”-Mohsin Naqvi Fires Subtle Shot at India as PSL 10 Resumes

PSL Season 10 will resume from May 17 to 25 in Lahore and Karachi.

Cricket is back! PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi has announced that the Pakistan Super League (PSL) Season 10 will resume from May 17 to 25 in Lahore and Karachi.

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Naqvi declared: “The league is starting again from where it stopped — 6 teams, 0 fear,” — a pointed reference to Pakistan’s claim of downing six Indian aircraft amid recent border tensions.

According to Pakistan’s military, the country shot down three Rafale jets, a Sukhoi SU-30, a MiG-29, and an Indian drone on the night of May 6–7 after an alleged airspace violation. No Pakistani aircraft were lost. India has yet to respond.

The league had been paused due to national security concerns, but Naqvi says it’s game on now.

“We’re ready to celebrate cricket again,” he said. “Best of luck to all teams, and thanks to the fans for their patience.”

The remaining eight matches will take place under heightened security in Lahore and Karachi.
