Pakistan’s star fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi delighted fans by sharing the first picture of his newborn son, Ali Yar.
In the photo posted on his Instagram, Shaheen cradles his baby in his arms, gazing lovingly at him.
While only a side view of Ali Yar is visible, it was enough to win over Shaheen’s fans, who flooded the comments with heartfelt wishes. Shaheen, dressed in a black shirt, captioned the photo “At peace” with a red heart, capturing the hearts of his followers.
Shaheen and his wife, Ansha Afridi, welcomed their first child in August, making Shahid Afridi a proud grandfather. The couple had celebrated their nikah in February 2023 and later hosted their wedding and valima receptions in Karachi and Islamabad.
Currently, Shaheen is on a break from the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), alongside other key players, to prepare for future matches.
