Mango Mania – First Mango Festival by Sindh Agriculture University

The First Mango Festival and Exhibition, organized by Sindh Agriculture University (SAU) in collaboration with the Pakistan Maritime Museum, concluded with great enthusiasm on Sunday.

The event featured numerous mango stalls offering ice cream, juices, and various other products.

A large crowd enjoyed the diverse mango offerings, along with Sindhi culture and music during the closing celebrations.

The inaugural and closing ceremonies were attended by notable figures including Minister of Agriculture, Supply & Prices Department, Government of Sindh, Sardar Muhammad Bux Mahar; Chairman of Sindh Higher Education Commission (SHEC), SM Tariq Rafi; SAU Vice Chancellor Dr. Fateh Marri; Vice Chancellor of Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University, Dr. Tahmina Mangan; Secretary of Universities and Boards, Abbas Baloch; Secretary of Agriculture, Rafiq Buriro; DG of Maritime Museum, Azam Tariq; former Vice Chancellor Dr. A.Q. Mughal; former minister Muhammad Nauman Sehgal; Director General of Agriculture Research Sindh, Noor Muhammad Baloch; TCN Executive Forum head Shehryar Ahmed; DG of TDAP, Abdul Karim; Chairman of SIDA, Qabool Muhammad Khatian; and officials from Sindh Enterprise Development Fund, among others.

The exhibition featured stalls from various entities including the Institute of Food Sciences and Horticulture Department of SAU, Agriculture Research Sindh, Sub Campus Umerkot, Horticulture Institute Mirpurkhas, MH Panhwar Farms, Palh Farms Tando Allahyar, and others.
