He highlighted recent developments, including discussions with the PTI founder on legal and political issues, the hope for the return of 78 contested seats, and communication with the US ambassador regarding human rights concerns.

Khan also urged the Supreme Court to consider their petition in accordance with the judicial commission. Additionally, he reiterated PTI’s popularity among the masses and expressed dismay over recent by-election results, alleging pre-planned interference.

Khan said: “We hope that 78 of our snatched seats will be returned. The former Rawalpindi commissioner had also mentioned the rigging in the elections.”

“The PTI founder had also been apprised of the meeting with the United States ambassador. We have informed the US envoy about the human rights’ violations in the country,” he said.

“We would like to request the Supreme Court (SC) to hear our petition in line with the judicial commission,” Khan added.

Regarding negotiations, Khan emphasized that any dialogue would be communicated directly, citing concerns about access to former first lady Bushra Bibi due to health reasons.
