Saudi Arabia Evacuates More Than 350 Individuals, Including Citizens from 26 Countries, from Sudan.

As the conflict in Khartoum enters its second week, Saudi Arabia evacuates more than 350 people, including citizens from 26 countries.

101 Saudi nationals and foreign nationals from the United States, the United Kingdom, and Italy arrived safely in Jeddah. The Saudi Foreign Ministry has pledged to continue assisting in the secure evacuation of foreign nationals to their home countries.

Since April 15, the death toll from fighting between the Sudanese army and the RSF has topped 400, and over 3,500 people have been injured.

To stop the increasing bloodshed, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken declared a three-day cease-fire.
