Pakistan came down hard on Israel over its early morning airstrikes on Iran, branding the attack an “unacceptable breach of international law” and a direct threat to regional peace and stability.
In a strongly-worded statement, the Foreign Office called out Israel for its “unjustified aggression”, denouncing the strikes as a “clear violation of Iran’s sovereignty and the UN Charter.” The FO stressed that Iran has “every right to defend itself under Article 51 of the UN Charter.”
Urging the global community to step in before the crisis spirals further, Pakistan called for immediate action to halt the dangerous escalation in an already tense region.
Echoing this tough stance, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar blasted the Israeli assault in a post on X, calling it a “brazen violation of Iran’s sovereignty” that “shakes the foundations of international law and humanity’s conscience.” Dar reaffirmed Pakistan’s full solidarity with Iran’s government and people.

The Israeli strikes—described by Tel Aviv as “preemptive and precise”—hit key targets in Tehran, reportedly killing several senior IRGC commanders. The attacks have sparked outrage across the Muslim world, with Iran vowing a “strong and calculated response.”
Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei and Armed Forces spokesperson Brig. Gen. Shekarchi warned Israel of “severe punishment,” accusing it of a “grave crime” committed with U.S. backing.
Saudi Arabia Warns of Regional Chaos
Saudi Arabia has fiercely condemned Israel’s deadly airstrikes on Tehran, calling them a “blatant violation of international law” and a serious threat to regional peace. Riyadh denounced the attacks—which killed top Iranian military leaders and nuclear scientists—as “aggression against a brotherly nation” that undermines Iran’s sovereignty.

The Kingdom urged the UN Security Council and global powers to act fast to stop the violence before it fuels wider instability.
The strikes wiped out senior Iranian figures, including Major General Mohammad Bagheri, IRGC Chief Hossein Salami, and two leading nuclear scientists. Iran vowed retribution, blaming both Israel and the U.S. for the assault. Meanwhile, Trump admitted prior knowledge of the attack but denied American involvement, even as CENTCOM stays on high alert.
Saudi Arabia’s sharp rebuke marks a notable shift, as the Kingdom has recently sought to balance ties with both Israel and Iran in hopes of cooling Gulf tensions .
