WhatsApp is rolling out a new feature for its Mac users, allowing them to access and follow channels directly through the desktop app.
In its latest beta version, WhatsApp has rebranded the Status tab to “Updates,” where users can view both status updates and follow their favorite channels. Previously, Mac users had limited access to channel updates, but the new feature improves accessibility.
Although still in beta, the update is expected to launch officially next month. However, some users may experience issues such as channel sync problems between mobile and desktop.
