PCB Announces No Spectators for Second Test

-

In a recent announcement, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) revealed that the second Test between Pakistan and Bangladesh will be played without spectators.

This decision comes due to ongoing renovations at Karachi’s National Bank Stadium in preparation for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025.

Scheduled from August 30 to September 3, the match will proceed with no audience to ensure safety during the upgrades.

The Bangladesh team is currently in Lahore for training before moving to Islamabad for further practice. The opening Test will take place from August 21 to 25 in Rawalpindi.

Ticket sales have been halted, and refunds will be provided to those who have already purchased tickets. The renovations aim to enhance the stadium experience for future events.

Additionally, pacer Naseem Shah is set to return to the Test squad after recovering from a shoulder injury.
