The event was held from August 30 to September 1, 2025, at Sri Kuala Lumpur International School, Subang Jaya, where 226 players from 20 countries battled it out. Pakistan’s young stars shined across categories—Aehzam Ahmed Siddiqui was crowned U-16 World Champion, while Muhammad Yousuf bagged a silver medal in the U-10 age group, and Bilal Asher secured second place in U-16.

The Pakistani squad, backed by Pakistan State Oil (PSO), included top names like defending champion Affan Salman, Ahmed Salman, Manaal Asher, Muhammad Yadaan, Syed Maaz Faridi, and others. Their combined brilliance ensured Pakistan’s sixth championship crown.

At the closing ceremony, Tariq Pervez, Chairman of the World Youth Committee, announced that Kenya will host next year’s championship. Meanwhile, Team Pakistan is not done yet—they will also compete in the Gateway Masters Cup in Kuala Lumpur from September 5 to 7.
