⚽England-based football coach Joshua visited the Lyari KCR Football Ground on Monday to assess the city’s famous football venues, the training environment, young players’ skills, and the coaching system
Accompanied by Shahzaib Zubair, General Secretary of Lyari Football Academy, Joshua observed players of different age groups showcasing their skills, understanding of the game, and on-field performance — which he highly praised.
Joshua said, “The talent in Lyari is no secret. The world knows that this historic area of Karachi produces some of the best football players.”
He also expressed a strong commitment to providing Lyari’s children with more opportunities to showcase their talent on the international stage.
According to Joshua, talented Under-10 and Under-12 players from Lyari will be selected for upcoming international football events in England, Abu Dhabi, and Dubai. These players will receive training aligned with modern standards to prepare them for global competition.
During the visit, Joshua also taught players special football skills and provided hands-on coaching to improve their performance.
