Former Australian cricketer David Warner faced an unexpected delay as he had to wait for hours due to the unavailability of a pilot on an Indian airline flight.
According to Indian media, Warner and several other passengers remained stuck inside the aircraft for hours while it was stationed at Bengaluru Airport. The airline attributed the delay to bad weather, but Warner took to social media, expressing his frustration over the situation.
In a post on his X account, Warner questioned why passengers were boarded when no pilot was available, stating,
“We boarded a plane with no pilot and have been waiting for hours. How could you let passengers on knowing there was no one to fly the plane?”
