Pakistani squash player Asim Khan emerged as the champion at the Jones Creek Open Squash Championship held in the USA.

The final match in Johns Creek, Georgia, featured an exciting all-Pakistani showdown. Despite losing the first game, Asim Khan, currently ranked World No. 73, made a remarkable comeback to defeat Ahsab Irfan.

The second-seeded Asim Khan won with scores of 11-7, 7-11, 4-11, and 4-11, securing his third PSA title of the year and the 10th of his career. This victory follows his earlier wins at the Wild Card Challenger in Washington and the Squash Inspire Challenger in March 2024.

Asim Khan’s consistent performance has further established his prominence in the squash world, with the all-Pakistani final at Jones Creek Open underscoring the rising talent of Pakistani players on the international stage.
