Pakistani mini screens mega star Feroze Khan just bagged the “Star of Pakistan” award at the House of Lords, and it’s a huge win for the entertainment industry!

The award was presented by Baroness Paula Uddin, MP Rupa Haq, Lord Kuldip Singh, and entrepreneur Mansoor Shafique. Feroze showed up in style, accompanied by his wife, Dr. Zainab.
British-Bangladeshi politicians Baroness Paula and MP Haq hyped up Feroze’s talent, calling him a fan-favorite not just in Pakistan but also among Bangladeshi audiences, especially women and young viewers. They even suggested he visit Bangladesh to meet his international fanbase now that relations between the two countries are improving.
Feroze, clearly humbled, expressed his gratitude:
“Getting recognized for something as meaningful as arts, culture, and diversity is beyond special. To receive this honor in front of such accomplished people who truly appreciate the power of cinema—it’s a moment I’ll cherish forever.”
He went on to highlight how far Pakistani cinema has come, crediting the entire industry for its hard work. “Everyone in this field has put in the grind to elevate our films and dramas. Through my work, I always aim to spread love, peace, and unity. Cinema has the kind of power that nothing else does,” he added.
Entrepreneur Mansoor Shafique, aka the “1 Percent Man,” called Feroze the epitome of Pakistani talent, praising his rise from a VJ to one of the most sought-after actors in the industry.
“No matter the highs and lows, Feroze’s commitment to his craft is unshakable. He takes on diverse roles, reinvents himself constantly, and sparks meaningful conversations through his work. That’s what makes him an icon,” he said.
Event organizer Rumessah Maria hyped up Feroze even more, saying, “He’s a living example of passion, perseverance, and positivity. His story proves that with dedication, you can make it big—even in the most competitive industries.”
MP Rupa Haq wrapped it up by saying Feroze’s journey is an inspiration for the next generation. “His story is proof that hard work, determination, and pushing boundaries will take you places,” she said.
