Bushra Ansari, veteran actress in the Pakistani drama industry, unveils her spouse to her audience following her admission of second marriage. She formally introduced her husband, Iqbal Hussain, for the first time during one of her vlogs on her YouTube channel.
Addressing her followers, she noted their frequent inquiries about her husband’s whereabouts and whether she lived alone. Hence, she decided to address these queries by presenting her husband, Iqbal Hussain, and acquainting her audience with him.
In their vlog, both Bushra and Iqbal expressed concerns about societal attitudes toward marriages involving older individuals, emphasizing the need to change such perceptions.
They recounted how during the filming of a drama, director Iqbal Hussain proposed to her, suggesting they should get married since they both lived alone.
Bushra Ansari revealed that deciding to remarry after her divorce was a challenging decision, initially met with reluctance on her part. However, after persuasion from close friends and family, she eventually agreed.
The process of implementing this decision took about one and a half years, primarily due to her initial mental unpreparedness.
Expressing gratitude, Iqbal Hussain thanked their well-wishers, particularly acknowledging Sumbul Apa, Asma Abbas’s husband, and Neelam Apa, for their support and for convincing Bushra to marry him.
Bushra Ansari mentioned that besides her family, friends from the showbiz industry, including Badar Khalil, Rubina Ashraf, Behroze Sabzwari, and Sultana Siddiqui, also supported Iqbal in this decision.
She further stated that their children, who reside abroad, are very supportive of their decision to spend life together.
It’s noteworthy that news of Bushra Ansari’s second marriage to Iqbal Hussain first surfaced in November 2019, and at that time, drama writer Iqbal Hussain had refuted rumors of the actress’s remarriage.
Although Bushra Ansari had previously admitted to divorcing her first husband, she had not openly acknowledged her second marriage until now.
