Resham’s accusations prompt a response from Syed Noor
Resham frequently participates in talk shows and podcasts, where she discusses both her professional and personal life, often sharing her innermost feelings.
In a podcast , Resham reveals that when she visited Allah’s house, everyone told her to pray, saying that whatever she asked for would be granted. She prayed, “O Allah, if You grant me respect, do not give me arrogance, and always keep my hand giving, never receiving.”
She continued, “I don’t know how my prayer was accepted, but I’ve never had a man’s earnings in my life. I don’t know what wisdom lies in this, but several times I even stopped working, thinking I should settle down in life. I prayed to Allah to get me married, but then got up to work again.”
Before this, Resham had also mentioned in a podcast with actor and host Ahmad Ali Butt that she always wanted to marry but didn’t want a temporary marriage. She said, “I wanted a marriage that would last for life, but I never found anyone I could live my life with.”
She explained, “Some people I couldn’t understand, and others I didn’t want to marry. I didn’t want my marriage to fail, with people saying, ‘She’s an actress, her marriage was bound to fail.’ It’s all about destiny; no king can write everything for his daughter’s fate.”
