“Cheating Habit Stays Even After Four Marriages”, Warns Hamza Ali Abbasi

-

Actor Hamza Ali Abbasi recently opened up on a podcast about personal life, faith, and relationships, sparking a strong discussion on marriage and morality in Islam. He revealed that having multiple wives does not prevent men from extramarital affairs, emphasizing that the tendency to “hit on others” remains unchanged, even after four marriages.

Marriage in Islam Comes With Conditions

Hamza explained that Islam permits polygamy only under strict conditions, primarily justice among wives. “God said if a man can be fair to all his wives, he may marry more than one, but it’s better to marry only one,” he said. He stressed that marrying multiple women should never be used as a way to justify or avoid infidelity.

Cheating is a Habit, Not a Marital Issue

The actor emphasized that unfaithfulness is a matter of character, not marital status. “If someone marries just to avoid cheating, what happens when his wife grows old?” he asked. Hamza warned that men who are unfaithful will remain so regardless of having one or four wives, and the true solution lies in moral self-reform.

Infidelity is One of the Gravest Sins

Calling extramarital affairs one of the five major sins in Islam, Hamza cautioned that such behavior leads to “eternal hell” if not corrected. He urged men to stop justifying their actions through polygamy and focus on repentance and moral accountability instead.
