Bollywood star Govinda’s marriage has once again become the talk of the town after his wife Sunita Ahuja dropped a fiery statement on divorce and affair rumours.
Speaking in her vlog, Sunita said,
“If I ever catch Govinda red-handed with any girl, I’ll announce it to the media myself. Affairs only last until they’re exposed — and the day I catch him, my hand will be as heavy as Sunny Deol’s punch.”
Taking a sharp dig at today’s generation, she added that many girls look for a “sugar daddy” to support their lifestyle. Sunita also hinted that some members of Govinda’s family do not want the couple to stay happy.
For years, Bollywood circles have buzzed with gossip linking Govinda to a younger Marathi actress, though nothing has been proven. Sunita has openly admitted that such rumours shook her trust, saying:
“I used to trust him; I can’t say I do now.”
Despite constant speculation, Govinda’s lawyer has denied any ongoing divorce proceedings, calling past reports “old matters.” Married for 38 years, Govinda and Sunita continue to live apart at times but remain officially together, with no confirmed split.
