The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has officially decided to join the Judicial Commission of Pakistan (JCP), as announced after a political committee meeting.
The party agreed to nominate two members from the opposition for the commission, which will oversee judicial appointments and monitor the performance of high court judges.
The decision will be forwarded to the Core Committee for endorsement, followed by final approval from the party’s founder. The JCP will decide matters by a simple majority, ensuring transparency and efficiency in its operations.
