To honor Olympic gold medallist Arshad Nadeem, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has taken swift action to improve the electricity supply to his residence.
This gesture not only celebrates Nadeem’s outstanding achievements but also aims to uplift the local community in Mian Channu.
Following the Prime Minister’s directives, the Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) has initiated upgrades to the electrical infrastructure around Nadeem’s home in Chak 101/15 L.
This upgrade, which includes the installation of new poles, a 100 kVA transformer, and other essential equipment, is expected to enhance the power supply for the entire village of 200 households.
MEPCO’s Chief Executive Officer, Engineer Nasir Ayaz Gurmani, and other senior officials visited Nadeem’s residence to offer their congratulations and oversee the progress of the installation, which is set to be completed by the end of the day.
