PM Shehbaz Meets Kuwaiti Crown Prince at UN General Assembly

On the sidelines of the 80th UN General Assembly, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif met with Kuwaiti Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah. The leaders discussed strengthening the long-standing friendship between Pakistan and Kuwait.

PM Sharif thanked Kuwait for its crucial support during Pakistan’s recent floods and highlighted the need for greater cooperation in trade, investment, and agriculture. To deepen this relationship, he extended a warm invitation for the Kuwaiti Crown Prince to visit Pakistan.

The Crown Prince acknowledged Pakistan’s strong diplomatic role and its consistent support for Palestine. Both leaders also discussed key regional and global issues, reaffirming their commitment to work closely together on the world stage.

This meeting underscores the shared commitment of Pakistan and Kuwait to build on their historic relationship and expand future partnerships.
