Pakistani-British boxer Amir Khan has put his wedding hall up for sale in Bolton after experiencing substantial financial losses.
According to British media, Khan announced on “X” that he is selling the wedding hall for £12.5 million.
The four-story venue includes three floors and a rooftop area for events.
He also mentioned that there is parking available both in front of and behind the hall, accommodating about 200 vehicles.
Located in Bolton, England, the luxury wedding venue was bought for £11.5 million. It hosted its first wedding three months ago but failed to gain traction due to its location, resulting in significant financial losses.
The project also faced challenges due to surrounding issues, including persistent litter around the venue.
