🌊Every year in June and July, Karachi’s beach turns into a natural art gallery, as the sea throws out millions of vibrant seashells onto the shore.
🌬 As the wind changes, the waves bring these dead but dazzling shells from deep underwater to the coastline — a beautiful sight that also carries a hidden message about climate change, experts say.

🐚 According to WWF’s expert Moazzam Khan, many of these shells — especially “blood clams” — are worth a lot! They’re used in industries to make things like calcium carbonate, which can help earn foreign money for Pakistan.

💍 And it’s not just factories — people love them too! Some turn them into jewelry, some use them for home decor, and others collect them just for fun.
Even after they die, these seashells are full of value — helping us with art, industry, and even medicine.
So next time you’re at the beach, remember:
Those little shells aren’t just pretty — they’re powerful.
