Emergency Landing in Karachi – Passenger Declared Dead on Foreign Flight

-

A foreign flight traveling from Sharjah to Dhaka made an emergency landing at Karachi airport after a 42-year-old passenger tragically passed away mid-flight.

According to sources at the airport, the passenger’s health declined significantly during the journey. The pilot requested an emergency landing from Air Traffic Control (ATC) Karachi, which was promptly approved.

Flight G-9512 landed safely in Karachi, where a Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) medical team boarded to assess the situation.

Despite their efforts, the medical team confirmed that the passenger had already died. Following standard procedures, the body was handed over to the airline. The flight remained at Karachi airport for about two hours before resuming its journey to Dhaka.
