A person who, driven by the lure of money, conspired with friends to kill his cousin and cut off his thumb has been arrested.
According to police officials, the Housing Colony Police in Sheikhupura found the body of a young man wrapped in a sack during a search of a suspicious car. Using advanced technology and human intelligence, the police apprehended the suspects within hours. The accused killed his cousin for money, collaborating with his friends.
According to the police, the young man, Yaseen, was shot dead, and his thumb was also severed. The suspects cut off the victim’s thumb to withdraw 1 million rupees from an ATM. They kept the thumb with them to withdraw the remaining money. Yaseen was lured from Faisalabad to be killed. His body was placed in the car’s trunk and thrown into a canal. Yaseen was the only son of his parents.
