10 Crore Collected Within Minutes at Jamaat-e-Islami Ijtema

-

A stunning moment of Pakistan’s political scenario happened at Jamaat-e-Islami’s Ijtema-e-Aam — workers shocked everyone by announcing massive donations worth over Rs 10 crore within minutes.

Before Ameer Hafiz Naeem ur Rehman took the stage, senior leader Mian Muhammad Aslam delivered a powerful call for Infaq fi Sabeelillah, reminding the crowd that “Badal Do Nizam” is not just a slogan but a mission that demands time, talent, and wealth.

As he shared Hadiths about the virtue of giving in Allah’s path, the entire venue charged up with emotion. Instantly, workers began pledging huge donations.

Mian Muhammad Aslam kicked off the drive with a Rs 1 crore donation. Right after, Dr. Tariq and Dr. Humaira Tariq matched it with another Rs 1 crore.

Then came a wave of generosity:
Chaudhry Bashir Ahmed donated Rs 50 lakh.
Aamir Mehmood Cheema, known for buying the Ameer’s glasses for one crore during the Rawalpindi sit-in, topped the moment again by donating Rs 1 crore 10 lakh.

One worker donating Rs 1 crore said emotionally:
“If the Ameer asks for our lives, we are ready— money is nothing.”

Thousands more joined in—some gave salaries, others household savings, and many women even donated their jewellery. In just minutes, contributions crossed Rs 10 crore.

Ameer Hafiz Naeem ur Rehman responded:

“Those who ask where Jamaat gets its funds for Ijtema— today they can see the answer themselves.”
