Wedding Night Gone Wild- Beer, Mutton, and a Police Station Visit in ‘Moo Dikhai’

-

Imagine this: You’re all set for a joyous wedding night, the candles are lit, and everyone’s in high spirits. But then, the bride makes an unexpected request that sends the whole night into chaos! Sounds like the plot of a sitcom, right? Well, it actually happened in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, and it’s anything but scripted.

In a truly bizarre turn of events, a newlywed bride’s requests on her wedding night turned a joyous occasion into a full-blown drama, eventually landing at the police station. The chaos unfolded during the “mu dikhai” ceremony in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, when the bride, rather than a sweet smile, asked her new husband for beer, marijuana, and mutton.

While the groom managed to fetch the beer without much fuss, things quickly spiraled out of control when the bride insisted on the other two items. Feeling a bit out of his depth, the groom turned to his family, who, in turn, sought help from the police.

The situation escalated further when the groom’s family made an eyebrow-raising allegation, claiming the bride was a transperson, adding an unexpected twist to the already tense encounter.

Despite the drama, no formal complaints were filed, and the police acted as mediators, encouraging both families to work things out. The families eventually left the station to continue their “discussion” in private, with the groom’s family promising to handle the matter at home.
