Wasim Akram Slams Abdullah Shafique’s Celebration In PSL 9

“CRICKET CHOORRO AUR DRAMA MAI KAM KARO” – Wasim Akram Advised Abdullah Shafiq on Showing Silly Gesture During PSL 9 Match at Rawalpindi .

Wasim Akram, the former captain, has criticized cricketer Abdullah Shafique for his silent celebration after taking a catch during a Pakistan Super League (PSL) season 9 match between Lahore Qalandars and Islamabad United.

Akram expressed his views to the media after the match concluded, questioning the significance of Shafique’s gesture, especially considering his recent performance in dropping catches during the series against Australia.

Former captain asked that after dropping two catches in Australia’s series and hold a catch in PSL 9 by putting finger on his mouth what kind of this gesture Abdullah Shafique was passing on.

Akram suggested that Shafique might be better suited for the drama industry than cricket.

This incident occurred yesterday when when Abdullah Shafique caught Imad Wasim’s catch and put his finger onto his mouth on which his fans got angry.
