Bullets Fly, Threats Soar: Kapil Sharma’s Cafe Caught in Gang War Linked to Salman Khan
Surrey, Canada – Laughter has turned to gunfire for comedy king Kapil Sharma as his newly opened Kap’s Cafe in Surrey has been sprayed with bullets — not once, but twice in a month.

The latest attack saw at least 25 shots tear through the cafe’s windows in the dead of night. Hours later, the feared Lawrence Bishnoi gang took to social media with a bone-chilling warning: “The next action will be in Mumbai.”
Why Kapil? Sources say it’s all about his close friendship with Salman Khan — the Bollywood megastar locked in a decades-long feud with the Bishnoi gang over the infamous 1998 blackbuck case. The message from gang associate Goldy Dhillon accused Sharma of ignoring calls and hinted at revenge for inviting Khan to his show launch.

And this isn’t the first time Kapil’s Canadian dream has been in the crosshairs. The opening week in July was rocked by another shooting, claimed by Babbar Khalsa International (BKI), a banned terror group. They alleged a joke on his show insulted Nihang Sikhs — enough for them to send bullets as a “reply.”
No one’s been hurt so far, but the shattered glass and bullet holes tell a different story — one of a gangland rivalry that’s jumped continents, dragging Bollywood names into a dangerous game. Now, with police protection on the cards, the big question is: will the next act play out in Mumbai?
