Dubai Multan Flight-PIA Crew Caught Smuggling 78 iPhone 16 Pros

-

Apparently, in-flight duties now include smuggling high-end gadgets. Customs officials recently uncovered a smuggling attempt on a PIA flight from Dubai to Multan, recovering 78 high-value mobile phones, including 54 iPhone 16 Pros.

The culprits? Senior steward Faisal Pervaiz, air hostesses Nishat and Sadaf, and flight stewards Imran and Khalid Khan.

Acting on prior intelligence, authorities initially found 24 iPhones with the air hostesses. Further investigation led to the discovery of 54 more phones, recovered after recalling the male crew members from their hotel.

While the phones, worth millions of rupees, were confiscated and statements recorded, the accused crew members were allowed to return home. Smuggling, it seems, has reached new heights.
