Meath successfully completed 53 somersaults and hung from the aerial hoop for 63.18 seconds.

Australian circus performer Charlotte “Charlie” Meth has made history by breaking two Guinness World Records in a single day. The 23-year-old from Victoria set records for the most aerial hoop somersaults in one minute and the longest time spent hanging from an aerial hoop using only her shoulders.

InRecord 1: Most Aerial Hoop Somersaults in One Minute

Inspired after seeing someone else break the somersault record on Instagram, Meth, who has been practicing aerial hoop for over seven years, decided to challenge herself. During training, she managed 45 flips, just shy of the 47-flip record. With determination, she pushed herself further, ultimately completing 53 somersaults to set the new record.

Record 2: Longest Time Hanging from an Aerial Hoop by Shoulders

Despite the risk of hamstring injuries, Meth also set a second record by hanging from the aerial hoop for an impressive 63.18 seconds, showcasing her strength and skill.

Her achievement marks a major milestone in the aerial arts, inspiring others to push their limits and redefine what’s possible in this unique discipline.
