Rob Halifax, renowned for his expertise in creating unique playing cards, has earned a second Guinness World Record by setting the record for the largest playing card ever made.

Earlier this year, Rob made history by crafting the world’s smallest deck of cards (5.0mm x 3.6mm) using 3D printing technology, securing his first global record.

. Inspired by this success, he sought to tackle an even greater challenge—breaking the previous record for the largest playing card, which was set by India’s Ram Kumar Sarangapani in 2020 at 2.87 meters.

Staying true to Guinness World Records’ guidelines, Rob created a King of Hearts card that followed the design of a standard commercially available playing card. He meticulously assembled it using a mosaic of small images, and the final card measured 3 meters in height and 2.02 meters in width—surpassing the height of the world’s tallest man, Sultan Kösen.

Rob recently submitted this masterpiece to the Guinness World Records office in London, where it was officially recognized as the world’s largest playing card. This latest achievement highlights Rob’s remarkable creativity and his unyielding ability to break boundaries in design.
