Every Hospital in Punjab has Patients from K-P Maryam Nawaz

-

In a recent address, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz emphasized the critical issues in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa while showcasing her government’s accomplishments.

Maryam Nawaz has criticized the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) government for focusing on “vandalism and attacks” instead of meeting the public’s needs.

During her speech in Faisalabad, she highlighted that many patients from K-P often seek medical treatment in Punjab’s hospitals.

Maryam pointed out that while past leaders made promises and delivered speeches, her administration has made significant strides by prioritizing merit.

She mentioned that despite opposition within her own party, she has included 90% of “capable young people” in her government.

In the past six months, her administration has created jobs for 1,000 young individuals, all chosen based on merit rather than recommendations.

Furthermore, she announced the upcoming launch of Pakistan’s largest-ever farmer support package, valued at 400 billion rupees, set to roll out next year.

On the healthcare front, Nawaz disclosed a backlog of 15,000 children needing heart surgeries, with arrangements made for immediate operations for 100 children, including several from K-P.

She urged K-P’s leadership to focus on public welfare and infrastructure improvements instead of engaging in destructive actions and inflammatory rhetoric.
