Saeed Ghani Blames Karachiites for Road Damage During Rain

-

Sindh Local Government Minister Saeed Ghani has accused Karachi residents of causing significant road damage during recent heavy rains.

According to Saeed Ghani, the removal of sewer line covers by individuals has led to severe flooding and deterioration of road surfaces.

At a press conference, Ghani explained that exposed sewerage lines allow sewage water to spill onto the streets, worsening the condition of the roads.

He attributed the problem to improper handling of sewerage infrastructure by the public.

Ghani’s remarks have sparked widespread discussion about responsibility for road maintenance and the effective management of sewerage systems.

The debate continues as authorities and residents grapple with the challenges of maintaining road quality in the face of heavy rainfall.
