FIA Blocks ID Cards of Moonis Elahi Amidst Money Laundering Probe

In a significant development amid an ongoing anti-money laundering investigation, the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has taken decisive action against key figures linked to the case.

According to an FIA spokesperson, the identity card of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Moonis Elahi has been blocked, along with his passport being placed on the control list following a court order.

The spokesperson also revealed that the identity cards of six other individuals connected to the case have been similarly blocked.

These individuals include Amir Sohail, Umer Fayyaz, Imtiaz Ali Shah, Fawad Ali, and Abid Ali.
