Passenger Arrested at Karachi Airport with 29 iPhones Strapped to Body

Pakistan Customs recently uncovered a significant smuggling attempt at Jinnah International Airport.

Their diligence led to the arrest of a passenger attempting to bring high-value electronics and other goods into the country.

The individual, Muhammad Danial Nasir, was found with 29 mobile phones strapped to his body.

A further search of his luggage revealed additional contraband, including 14 more iPhones, 2 laptops, women’s clothing, chocolates, and cosmetics. The total value of the seized items is estimated at Rs7.5 million.

Authorities have filed a case, arrested Nasir, and confiscated the smuggled goods.
