The acclaimed actor has pledged a generous donation to Mumbai’s Haji Ali Dargah, underscoring his commitment to philanthropy.
He has pledged Rs 1.21 crore to support the maintenance of the revered site.
Suhail Khandwani, the managing trustee of the Dargah, announced this donation in an Instagram video showing Kumar’s visit to the Dargah.
In the video, Kumar is seen praying, interacting with devotees, and touring the sacred site.
The Haji Ali Dargah Trust also shared the video, praising Kumar’s heartfelt contribution and noting his compassion by offering prayers for his late parents, Aruna Bhatia and Hari Om Bhatia.
This act of kindness follows Kumar’s previous substantial donations during the COVID-19 pandemic.
