The International Cricket Council (ICC) has approved a $70 million budget for the 2025 Champions Trophy, which will be held in Pakistan from February to March 2025.
The tournament will take place in three cities: Karachi, Lahore, and Rawalpindi. The opening ceremony might be in Karachi, while the closing ceremony will probably be in Lahore.
The ICC has shared the schedule for the matches, warm-up games, and other activities with the teams and broadcasters, and will finalize the details soon.
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is investing Rs12.80 billion to upgrade the stadiums in these cities.
This will be the first Champions Trophy since 2017, when Pakistan won the tournament.
