Action Against Illegal Bus Stands in Karachi

-

Commissioner Karachi Syed Hassan Naqvi has ordered action against illegal bus stands that are causing traffic jams and trouble for drivers, as reported by News.

In a meeting on Wednesday, Commissioner Naqvi told officials to remove these illegal stands within two weeks. The stands to be removed are located at Cantt, Taj Complex, Muhammad Ali (MA) Jinnah Road, and Al-Karam. Deputy commissioners, district police, and traffic police will work together to handle this.

From now on, inter-city buses must use the Karachi Bus Terminal on the Superhighway. A new shuttle service will also be set up to help passengers.
