“Toyota Pakistan Discontinues Petrol Variant of Hilux Pickup”

-

Toyota Pakistan has discontinued the petrol version of its Hilux pickup trucks.

The Hilux lineup, including the “Revo” and “Vigo” models in single and double-cab styles, is now only available with diesel engines.

The decision was made due to the higher popularity of diesel variants, which offer better fuel efficiency and torque for heavy-duty use.

The petrol variant, less favored by customers, has been phased out.

Even though the petrol model is no longer in production, it had notable features.

The petrol Hilux single cabin came with a 4-cylinder 2TR-FE engine and a 5-speed manual transmission, delivering 163 hp and 245 Nm of torque.
